This delicious and creamy no-bake frozen banana dessert is made with ripe bananas, whipped cream, chocolate ice cream, castor sugar and vanilla essence. So, if you are a banana and chocolate lover then you won’t want to miss this delicious dessert. Sweet, moist, creamy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1½ cups whipped cream
- 1½ cups chocolate ice cream
- 2 tablespoons castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream and chocolate ice cream.
- Add castor sugar, vanilla essence and gently mix everything with a spatula.
- Now peel and cut the banana into thin diagonal slices.
- In a rectangular freezer proof plastic container, line the bottom with a layer of the banana slices.
- Then spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over it.
- Repeat the same layers of banana slices and cream mixture.
- Place the container in the freezer and set it for overnight or at least for 4-5 hours.
- While serving, take out the container from the freezer and demould onto a serving plate.
- Sprinkle some nuts or berries, if desired.
- Cut into slices and serve immediately.
Notes
- Make sure the whipped cream and chocolate ice cream are chilled enough before mixing.
- You can use regular sugar if you don’t have castor sugar. Blend white sugar to make a fine powder.
- You can take any desired shape of a freezer safe container to set this dessert.
- Remember, this dessert will take at least 6 to 8 hours approx to set.
- Additionally, you can add fresh berries, some sliced bananas and nuts on top.
