- Similarly, melt white chocolate in another bowl on a double boiler. Remove from heat, add ¼ cup cream and mix. Set aside to cool. Now add ½ cup whipped cream. Keep this also in the refrigerator to chill.

- For serving, take shot glasses and pipe dark chocolate mousse on one side and white chocolate mousse on the other side.
- Decorate with grated dark chocolate and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For the double boiler method, prepare a double boiler by placing an inch or two of water in a medium saucepan and on top place a glass bowl, being sure the bowl does not touch the water.
- The chocolate should be smooth and silky, continue stirring until combined.
- Set aside the chocolate mixture to cool slightly for about 10 minutes before placing it into the refrigerator.
- While serving, you can fill the glass to create multiple layers of white and dark chocolate mousse.
- Make sure to chill the mousse for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Additionally, garnish it with raspberries, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings as desired.
