Description

Rose Mango Thandai is a delicious, perfect summer drink made with a blend of seasonal ingredients in less than 10 minutes during summers when mangoes are easily available in the season. So let’s try this flavorful cooler that will help you to beat the heat.


Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk

  • 4 tablespoons rose syrup

  • 4 tablespoons mango puree

  • ½ cup thandai syrup

  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar

  • 3-4 ice cubes or as required

For the Garnishing

  • Few almond flakes 

  • 4-5 fresh rose petals


Instructions

  • Take a blender jar, add milk, rose syrup, mango puree, thandai syrup, sugar, and ice cubes.
  • Blend everything together until it becomes a smooth paste.
  • Pour the prepared thandai into the serving glasses
  • Garnish with almond flakes and a few rose petals.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Always use the whole milk in this recipe which gives it the best result. 
  • You can avoid sugar because sugar is already in thandai syrup, rose syrup and in the mango puree.
  • You can adjust the mango puree according to the taste you want.
  • Additionally, you can top the thandai with a few kesar threads, or a few chopped mango pieces, and with nuts like cashew nuts, and pistachios.
