Milkshakes are very quick, easy to make at home. They are usually low in calories and nourish our bodies and keep us away from various health issues. There are different -different kinds of shakes that include vitamins, minerals and proteins. Today I’m sharing a quick healthy berry milkshake recipe.

Berry Milkshake

- 2 tablespoon dried Berries
- 1 tablespoon Strawberry Crush or strawberry jam
- 4 tablespoon Milk (60 ml)
- 4 large scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ice cream, crushed strawberry, dried berries and milk.
- Blend everything smooth or until well blended for 20-25 seconds.
- To decorate a serving glass, at bottom pour some strawberry crush and then pour into the blended milkshake in it. On top sprinkle some chopped dried berries.
- Serve this refreshing drink to your loved ones.
