Chaas Neebu Ganna Masala

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted Cumin powder
  • ½ tablespoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ raw cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, raw cumin powder, asafoetida and salt as per taste.
  2. Mix all these ingredients very well.
  3. Chaas Masala is ready.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp masala, or according to your liking.
