Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh fruits (bananas, grapes, apples, pears, oranges, kiwi, pomegranate, sapota (chikoo), etc.
- ½ teaspoon rock salt (kala namak)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash, core, and dice the apples into small cubes.
- Wash and dice the pears into cubes as well.
- Peel and chop the bananas.
- Wash the grapes and remove them from stems.
- Mix the fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Add kala namak (rock salt), kali mirch (black pepper powder), chaat masala, and bhuna jeera (roasted cumin powder). Also, sprinkle some lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Fruit Chaat is ready. Refrigerate for 10 mins and serve it chilled.
Notes
- Add fruits of your choice to make them look more colorful and nutritious.
- Also, chop fruits to the size and shape of your choice.
- Additionally, add salt just before serving as fruits release water.
