- 1 cup fresh Mango cubes
- ½ cup Milk chilled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 to 5 ice-cubes
Instructions
- Choose a ripe mango.
- Peel the mango and chop into small cubes.
- Transfer them to the blender jar.
- Add half cup of chilled milk, sugar as per taste or according the mango sweetness.
- Add few ice-cubes as well. Blend until it turn into smooth and creamy form and remain no mango chunks in it, Pour the prepared milkshake into the glasses and serve.
Tips- Keep chopped mango cubes in freezer for 20 minutes for thick shake. Using top quality mango has lot of flavor and less fibers for the shake. We recommend to use alphonso for best experience. Top it up with 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream for mango shake with ice cream experience.
