Potato Toast is easy and tasty bread slice toast, which can be made from boiled potatoes, and mix vegetables as per your choice like capsicum, peas, onions etc.

- 10 Bread slices
- Oil to fry
- For Topping- 4 Potato (boiled and mashed)
- ½ cup mix vegetable (carrot, capsicum, peas, beans etc) boiled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. Cornflour
- 1 tsp. Ginger green chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala powder as per taste
Instructions
- First, mix the topping ingredients in a bowl.
- Now, spread the topping material on the bread slices with wet hands.
- Heat oil in the pan and fry them one by one until they turn golden.
- To remove excess oil, place on tissue paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
Note- The oil must be well heated to fry the toast.
