Today, I am sharing an easy recipe, which is oven baked Spanish omelette, it has the ingredients which you can easily find at your home. Though, it´s made in the oven instead of a frying pan. This oven baked Spanish omelette is the perfect snack or starter for any party or family get-together, even you can even serve it as a main course with a side salad.

Spanish Omelette

- 5 Eggs
- 1 medium onion cut into thin slices
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- First, whisk the eggs in a large jug or bowl.
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Heat oil in an oven proof non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the oil has heated, add onion cook until lightly browned.
- Add potatoes and salt, stirring gently about 1-2 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan to cover the potato and onion and spread well.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Put pan in the preheated oven and bake till the eggs are fully baked.
- Cut into slice and serve hot.
