- 2 ½ cups Makhana
- 2 tbsp Ghee
For the Masala:

Instructions
- Start by preparing the masala in a small bowl by combining all the dry spices and mixing them well to create an aromatic blend that will enhance the flavor of the makhana
- Heat a pan on low flame and add one tablespoon of ghee Then add the makhana and roast them slowly stirring continuously until they turn crispy and slightly golden brown This process should take about five to seven minutes
- Once the makhana is roasted evenly sprinkle the prepared masala mix over them Drizzle one tablespoon of ghee and toss everything well making sure that the spice blend coats each makhana perfectly
- Your flavorful crunchy and healthy makhana is now ready to be enjoyed. Serve it fresh or store it in an airtight container for later.
