The easy and quick smoothie is made with just three ingredients — watermelon, ginger and yogurt. Watermelon drink is refreshing as coconut water and much easier to obtain. This drink can help you to refresh and energize. You will love it as a snack or drink during summer, especially when we have lots of fresh watermelon on hand.

Watermelon with Ginger and Curd Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger chopped
  • 1 cup Yogurt (Dahi)
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. In a blender jar, put 4 cups of Watermelon, 2 tsp. ginger, 1 cup yogurt and 4 tbsps. sugar.
  2. Put some Ice cubes too and blend it until smooth.
  3. Transfer it from jar and pour into two tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves
  4. Serve immediately.

Note- Make sure remove all the seeds from watermelon. The best way to cut  the watermelon vertically into 1-inch-thick Cubes. With 1 slice at a time, using a small knife or spoon scrape off the seeds and transfer the seedless watermelon portions to a bowl.
