Egg less Tea Cake

- 1 cup wheat Flour
- ¾ cup powdered oats
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- ½ cup brown Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon Powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- A pinch salt
- ½ cup oil
Instructions
- First, take a large bowl and seive the whole wheat flour, oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix all together well and keep aside
- In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas then add oil, vanilla essence and sugar into it. Beat well all ingredients.
- Now add the dry ingredients mixture to the banana mixture along with chopped walnuts and cinnamon powder. Mix it properly.
- In a greased baking tin, pour this cake mixture in a preheated oven and bake it for 45 -50 mins over 180 degrees or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Tips-
- Instead of sugar, add honey to make this a diabetic friendly cake.
- You can add any other nuts if you don’t have walnuts.
- Check the oven temperature settings since different ovens vary in settings. Sometimes 200degrees give out a better texture.
