Ingredients
- 2 cups soya milk (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons mustard sauce
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1000 ml any vegetable oil
Instructions
- Add soya milk, mustard sauce, and vinegar in a large bowl.
- Blend everything well with a blender or using a hand whisk.
- Now add oil in batches to the same bowl. Keep mixing it with a blender.
- Once the oil has been incorporated well and until it’s thickened or creamy enough then set aside for rest.
- Transfer it in an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for a week.
Notes
- Never use oil which has a unique aroma or flavours like coconut oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, olive oil in this recipe.
- Remember, add oil slowly in batches, else it might not thicken or creamy.
- Make sure to use an airtight container for storing this eggless mayonnaise.
