This Coconut Ice Cream recipe is easy and delicious made with just 4 ingredients – coconut flesh/malai, coconut water, fresh cream, and condensed milk that you can easily prepare for your loved ones. It is the perfect summertime treat. This homemade coconut ice cream tastes so natural and creamy, so make this delicious and creamy ice cream at home without an ice cream maker.

This ice cream tastes exactly like Naturals Tender Coconut Ice cream, the famous Indian Ice cream parlor, takes 15 minutes to prepare and then freeze for about 8-10 hours. It tastes the same as just eating a real tender coconut!

Ingredients

To make this ice cream, you need very few ingredients. Just do mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and freeze it. That’s it!!!!!

Here, I have used tender coconut flesh/malai that I got from the tender green coconut. The dry brown coconut is of no use in this recipe. The flesh of the coconut should be really soft for this ice cream, which is exactly fixed to the inner shell of the coconut.

The Coconut water is used in this recipe is also from the tender coconuts. You will get enough water from these coconuts.

Condensed milk is there to provide sweetness to the ice cream and also give the creamy effect.

For the chunky texture, I also added some bits of chopped coconut to the ice cream at the end. Never miss it!

And the cream, the creamy is to be fresh and has full-fat content.

So if you are looking for the easiest tender coconut ice cream recipe then here you go….. You will be surprised at how easy it really is to make it at home.

Serving Suggestions

This ice cream is an eggless version. Serve up a scoop or two in the coconut shells.

It is best to garnish the ice cream with tulsi leaves. Additionally, you can garnish the ice cream with sliced tropical fruit, such as papaya or mango.

So, do not wait and must try this 4 ingredients ch樂威壯 illed ice cream recipe at home.
