This aromatic tea is a super healthy beverage, prepared with Hibiscus Flowers. It has amazing health benefits such as boosting your immune system, fighting off inflammation, warding off heart disease, and more. Here is how to make Hibiscus Tea Recipe at home.
- 2 cups water
- 2 large dry hibiscus petals (गुड़हल पंखुड़ियां)
- A few mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- In a saucepan, add water and let it boil on medium heat.
- Once the water starts boiling, turn off the heat.
- Then add dried hibiscus petals, and mint leaves.
- Cover the pot and let them steep in water for 5 minutes or more.
- Now strain the tea using a tea strainer. Add lime juice, honey or sugar and mix well.
