- 1 cup papaya cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Ice cubes
- A pinch Cardamom powder
Instructions
- Choose a ripe papaya which has orange skin because it has with sweet aroma. Remove papaya seeds while chopping it.
- Cut the papaya into small pieces.
- Put them in the blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar into it.
- Then add ¼ amount of milk. You need to blend all the ingredients thoroughly or until the papaya turns into puree.
- Now, add the remaining milk and ice-cubes and blend well for about 30 seconds.
- Pour prepared papaya shake in a serving glass, sprinkle cardamom powder over it.
- At this point, your Papaya shake is ready to be served.
