- 50 gm dry mango powder (Amchoor)
- 30 gm cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 20 gm black peppercorns (kaali mirch)
- 1 teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- 2 teaspoon black salt
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat a flat tawa or frying pan, dry roast cumin seeds until fragrant.
- When it cools down then add cumin along with black peppercorn to the mixer grinder to make a smooth powder.
- Now, add Asafoetida, dry mango powder, black salt and salt to the grinded powder and mix well together.
- Store in a glass jar or use as required
