Bread and Palak chakli

- 1 cup Spinach (palak) finely chopped
- 8 Whole wheat bread crumbs
- ½ cup yogurt (dahi)
- ½ cup Gram flour (besan)
- ½ cup Rice flour (chawal ka atta)
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds (til)
- ½ tsp Red chili powder
- 2 tbsp Oil or butter
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Instructions
- First, add spinach, bread and yogurt, nicely mix them well.
- Add all other ingredients like gram flour, rice flour, sesame seeds, red chilli powder and salt. Mix them all together to make a stiff dough.
- Make the balls from the dough and fill the prepared mixture in the chakli making machine and make chakli.
- Now deep fry it from both the sides and fry them till crisp and golden.
- Bread spinach chakali is ready.
