Ingredients

250 ml milk

4 tablespoons rose syrup

4 tablespoons mango puree

½ cup thandai syrup

1-2 tablespoons sugar

3-4 ice cubes or as required
For the Garnishing

Few almond flakes

4-5 fresh rose petals
Instructions
- Take a blender jar, add milk, rose syrup, mango puree, thandai syrup, sugar, and ice cubes.
- Blend everything together until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Pour the prepared thandai into the serving glasses
- Garnish with almond flakes and a few rose petals.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Always use the whole milk in this recipe which gives it the best result.
- You can avoid sugar because sugar is already in thandai syrup, rose syrup and in the mango puree.
- You can adjust the mango puree according to the taste you want.
- Additionally, you can top the thandai with a few kesar threads, or a few chopped mango pieces, and with nuts like cashew nuts, and pistachios.
