- 1/4 cup Black Peppercorns
- 1/4 cup Cinnamon Stick
- 1/4 cup Green Cardamom
- 1 Nutmeg Crushed
- 1/4 cup Cloves
- 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds / saunf
- 2 tbsp Rose Petals Dried (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend it to make a fine powder.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
- Use ½ tsp of this powder for 2 cups of Indian masala chai.
